Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I buy tickets?
Visit our Events or Tickets page to purchase tickets. Most of our events are purchased through TicketWeb which we manage. Some events are put on by outside promoters who use their own platforms. Always be wary of third parties! Email us if you ever think you’re being scammed and we can likely help. For events that don’t sell out in advance, you may also purchase tickets at the door (cash only).
Is your venue accessible?
Yes. Our front entrance is accessible from Osborne Street and there is a gender neutral accessible washroom on the main level.. Our stage (no ramp) and green room (located downstairs) are not accessible. We will have a more comprehensive Accessibility Page coming soon.
Is there Seating?
We are generally standing only, but often if the show isn’t sold out we will put out a few high tops with stools. There are always 5 stools at the bar on a first come first serve basis. If you have health needs requiring seating, please email us in advance of the show so we can make sure you are comfortable.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns regarding this matter. If we didn’t manage the tickets we will direct you to those who did to assist you.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
You cannot bring any outside food or drink into the building. Empty water bottles are okay as we do have a self-serve water filling station.
